Idaho Youth Ranch

Idaho Youth Ranch is a nonprofit that provides mental health treatment and support for young people and families across Idaho. Its services include individual, family and group outpatient therapy, equine-assisted therapy, a residential treatment center for youth ages 11 to 17, job skills training through YouthWorks, and adoption services. The organization also runs a network of thrift stores whose donations help fund its programs.

Outpatient therapy is offered in Boise and Coeur d'Alene, with telehealth available statewide, and the organization says it accepts most insurance and Medicaid and offers financial assistance. Families can reach out for help without a diagnosis. The residential center is on the Hands of Promise Campus in Caldwell, and the organization's crisis support is available 24/7.
