Maurer Wrecker Service is a towing and recovery company that handles light-duty towing for cars, SUVs and light trucks, medium-duty transport for box trucks and larger machinery, and accident recovery including rollovers. It also offers roadside help such as jump starts, tire changes and lockouts, load shift handling, and towing of unauthorized vehicles from private property.

The business started in Carlock as a local operation serving farmers and residents in 1964 and is now under the ownership of Patrick Henson. It serves Bloomington-Normal and the surrounding McLean County area and runs service around the clock. The office is at 1600 Circle Ave in Bloomington.
