Apartment Mart is a residential property management company in Bloomington-Normal that leases apartments, townhomes and houses across a range of prices and sizes. It was established in 1980 and says it manages more than 1,600 units, including complexes it developed itself such as Wingover and The Ponds. The company also offers corporate furnished apartments for businesses that need temporary housing.

No appointment is needed to look at apartments. Visitors can stop by the leasing office at 912 N Linden St. and pick up keys after showing photo ID, with keys due back within 24 hours. Residents can pay rent online, and maintenance is handled by a related company that works daily and after hours. Phone calls are welcome if you can't come in to get keys.
