Kincart Physical Therapy

Kincart Physical Therapy Services provides physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy for musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. The clinic opened in 1983 and is run by Karen-Sloan Kincart, PT, LAT, and its team includes doctors of physical therapy, physical therapist assistants, an occupational therapy assistant and a speech-language pathologist. Treatment focuses on hands-on therapy, patient education and home programs that aim to reduce pain and prevent disability.

Patients can start with a doctor's referral or book directly without seeing a doctor first. The clinic also has a heated aquatic therapy pool and provides rehabilitation for inpatients and skilled-care patients at Davis County Hospital & Clinics. Kincart serves Bloomfield, Davis County and surrounding areas, and the office is located inside the Davis County Hospital & Clinics on North Madison Street in Bloomfield.
