White Leaf

White Leaf is a massage therapy practice run by Cody, a licensed massage therapist who studied psychobiology and neuroanatomy before entering the field. The practice offers Swedish, prenatal, neuromuscular, sports, and craniosacral massage, with sports work drawn from years of working with college athletic teams.

Sessions run from 30 minutes to 90 minutes, and craniosacral therapy can be booked alone or paired with a one-hour massage. The practice operates alongside an internal medicine practice in Homewood, Alabama, and Cody also teaches anatomy and physiology at the Birmingham School of Massage.
