Vulcan Tire & Automotive

Vulcan Tire & Automotive is a family-owned tire dealer and full-service auto shop with several locations around Birmingham. It carries major tire brands such as Michelin, Goodyear and Toyo, including car, truck and SUV tires, and handles repairs from brake work and wheel alignment to transmission repair, engine diagnostics and A/C service. The shop works on most makes and models, including hybrids.

The technicians are ASE-certified, and appointments can be made by phone or through the website. A 24-hour key drop lets customers leave a car overnight. While the car is being serviced, customers can wait with free coffee and Wi-Fi or ask for a local shuttle ride. The Birmingham store on Edwards Lake Parkway is one of four, with others in Moody, Hoover and Pell City.
