The Preserve

The Preserve is a residential community in Hoover that pairs home sales with local shops. Its restaurants, a salon and a boutique sit alongside the homes, and a brand-new ice cream shop is on the way. Homes can be custom designed in one of nine architectural traditions, from Colonial and Federal to Greek Revival, Italianate and Victorian influences.

Buyers can reach the community's agents, Merry Leach and Ty Elliott, or browse the builder pages for available homes and lots. Moss Rock Preserve, about 350 acres of trails through woodlands, rock formations and streams, is right in the community's backyard for hiking. The community's office is on Preserve Parkway in Hoover.
