SportsFlex BHAM

SportsFlex BHAM is a massage and athletic recovery studio focused on sports massage, deep tissue massage and assisted stretching for athletes and active adults. Sports massage and assisted stretching are shorter, targeted sessions done with the client clothed in the open Elite Recovery Lounge, where compression therapy is also offered. Deeper whole-body work for chronic tension takes place in a private room with professional draping. Sally Chatman, LMT, leads the sessions.

Every visit starts with a conversation about goals, concerns and areas of tension. A first visit is a 50-minute deep tissue massage for $99 that includes that consultation. Tools such as cupping, KT tape and red light therapy are included in hands-on sessions at no extra charge. Appointments are required, and the studio is open Tuesday through Sunday in Birmingham.
