SouthFace Renovations & Construction

SouthFace Renovations & Construction is a design-build remodeler and custom home builder that handles whole-home renovations, kitchen and bath remodels, historic home restoration, custom homes and additions. Its architectural design is done in house, so the people who draw the plans also price and build them. Work includes basements and attics, outdoor living spaces like covered porches and pavilions, hardwood floors, carpentry and millwork, and painting and exterior work.

The company works across Birmingham and the Over the Mountain communities, including Mountain Brook, Vestavia Hills, Homewood and Hoover. Projects begin with a consultation at the home or on the lot, followed by a detailed proposal and budget. A project manager keeps the schedule and sends weekly updates, and a superintendent runs the job site. The office is at 1024 Alford Ave in Hoover.
