RESTORE PILATES STUDIO

Restore Pilates Studio offers private, semi-private and small-group Pilates sessions on Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair and Core Align equipment. The studio focuses on core strength, posture, balance and recovery from injury, and it works with clients who are pregnant or postpartum, seniors, and athletes looking to improve mobility for golf or tennis.

LeeAnn, the instructor, keeps sessions to one or two people so she can check alignment and muscle engagement closely. New clients can start with a one-on-one session, and partners or friends can book semi-private lessons. Appointments are booked by calling or texting, and cancellations need 24 hours notice to avoid a charge. Wear stretchy clothes and grippy socks to a first session.
