RCVRY House

RCVRY House offers contrast therapy, alternating hot sauna sessions with cold water immersion, as a recovery and wellness practice. The studio is aimed at athletes and anyone dealing with the physical demands of daily life, and its sessions are built around hot stone sauna and cold plunge use.

Private changing rooms and towels are provided, and visitors can join instructor-led community sessions, drop-in, or a monthly membership. Scheduling is handled through an app or online booking, and first-time guests can arrange a visit to see the space before committing. The studio is located inside Wheelhouse Academy in South Birmingham.
