Parade Home Builders designs and builds custom homes for clients who want a house shaped around their own plans. The process starts with a discovery session, followed by architectural drawings, material and finish selections, and construction with regular updates along the way. The company has built homes in established Birmingham-area neighborhoods, including Mountain Brook, Vestavia Hills, Greystone and Hoover.

Clients can bring their own lot or ask the team to help find one. The firm is also developing Heardmont Estates, ten private lots of one to four acres in Indian Springs Village next to Heardmont Park and across from Oak Mountain State Park. Each home ends with a walkthrough before handover and includes warranty documentation, with support continuing after move-in.
