Montana Brewing Company

Montana Brewing Company is a brewpub in downtown Billings that opened in 1994 as Montana's first brewpub. Its beer is brewed in house, with Whitetail Wheat, Fatbelly Amber, Sharptail Pale Ale and Custers Last Stout among the house beers. The bar also pours hand-crafted cocktails made with spirits from various Montana distilleries, and the kitchen serves a full menu for lunch and dinner.

The dining room suits families of all ages, and the wraparound bar is a popular place to catch a game. Food is served every day until late evening, and the bar stays open well past dinner, with a weekday happy hour in the late afternoon. Takeout orders can be placed online through Toast or by phone. During the summer, the Saturday farmers market and First Friday events bring crowds to the surrounding downtown blocks.
