Ebersole

Ebersole Construction is a residential general contractor based in Beverly, MA. The company takes on new construction, historic renovation, modern design, design-build work, and remodels of kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and decks, with most of its work going to additions, whole-house renovations and new homes.

The firm is family owned and operated and was founded in 2002 by Andre Ebersole, a graduate of Gordon College. Projects start with a site meeting and free line-item bids that break out material and subcontractor pricing, followed by a detailed schedule with weekly breakdowns. Ebersole Construction is a good fit for homeowners who want a free consultation before committing, and much of its business comes from repeat clients and architect referrals.
