Tilden Park Golf Course is a 6,294-yard championship course designed by William Park Bell Jr., set inside Tilden Regional Park in the Berkeley Hills. Its rolling tree-lined fairways and contoured greens serve everyone from weekend players to golfers working on their handicap, and the course is known for views of the Bay and the Oakland and San Francisco skylines.
The course offers private, semi-private and junior lessons led by PGA Professional Trish Hinze and Assistant Pro Sean Pyle, plus group classes for adults, juniors and beginners. Players Club membership includes range balls and discounted rates. The course also hosts tournaments and private events in its banquet facility, and The Overlook serves food on site. It sits above the UC Berkeley campus, a few minutes from the city.
