DEER HAVEN GREENHOUSE

Deer Haven Greenhouse is a garden center with a greenhouse selection of annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, vegetables, a large herb section, seed potatoes and garden seed. The shop also carries planters, outdoor wind spinners and plant stands, and in past seasons it has sold honey and homemade pepper jelly grown from plants raised on site.

Owners Lance and Crystal run the business, which started in Middle River in 1996 and moved to Bemidji in 2001, opening at its current location in 2003. The greenhouses are open Monday through Saturday with shorter Sunday hours, and gift certificates are available. The 2026 season is sold out, so the shop plans to reopen in spring 2027.
