Champion Physical Therapy and Wellness

Champion Physical Therapy and Wellness is a physical therapy practice that treats muscle and joint pain, pre- and post-surgical rehab, back pain, tendon injuries, ligament and cartilage tears, sprains, numbness or tingling in the limbs, vertigo and balance problems. Care centers on hands-on manual therapy and exercises prescribed after a movement assessment, with the aim of building strength and flexibility without relying on pain medication.

Every session is private and one on one, so the therapist works with a single patient at a time. Visits can be held in the office on Joralemon Street in Belleville or at home for patients who have trouble getting out, with home visits covering Essex, Bergen, Passaic and Hudson counties. The office accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare, and offers a self-pay option for those without coverage. Saturday hours are shorter, and Sundays are by appointment.
