The Abbey

The Abbey is a coffee roaster and cafe on West Main Street, known for espresso drinks, Egg-Bake Paninis and grain bowls. The breakfast menu includes steel cut oatmeal, frittatas and bagels, with Belgian waffles served on Wednesdays until 11 am. Lunch leans toward cold and hot sandwiches such as the Reuben and gourmet grilled cheese, along with salads and a soup of the day. Desserts include a seven-layer bar and salted caramel brownies.

Online ordering is available, and the cafe runs a rewards program. The space can be rented for events, and the Abbey also offers catering and a conference room. There is a full bar with local, domestic and imported beers, a rotating selection of wines and premium spirits. Thursday music nights are posted regularly on the website.
