5 Points Contracting

5 Points Contracting is a general contractor serving Central Ohio, taking on custom homes, whole-home renovations, additions, and light commercial work such as tenant improvements and office build-outs. Its services also cover pre-construction planning, budgeting, excavation, grading, and site preparation.

Projects typically start with an initial conversation and an on-site review, followed by a written plan and budget before construction is scheduled. The company says it stays available after completion for follow-up support. The office is at 110 N Detroit St. in Bellefontaine, and the business lists service areas that include Marysville, Indian Lake, Springfield, and Columbus.
