The Ice House

The Ice House is an ice cream shop in Hillsborough, NJ, with more than 40 flavors and over 40 toppings to build sundaes and cones. Custom ice cream cakes are a specialty, and the shop also makes ice cream sandwiches and cupcakes. Guests can invent their own flavors by fusing existing ones.

You can order online and pick up in the store. Non-dairy options are available for guests who need them. A grab-and-go freezer near the registers holds pint and quart containers, ice cream sandwiches, cupcakes, cakes and Frosty Fido ice cream treats for dogs. Gift cards are sold in the shop and online. The shop is open every day, with later hours on Friday and Saturday.
