Homeward Bound Realty is the in-house real estate division of Country Classics, a family-owned builder of single-family homes, townhomes and active adult communities in Central New Jersey. Builders Scott and Todd Van Cleef formed it in early 1994 with a local licensed broker, and its main focus is new home sales and rentals in Country Classics communities. The team also handles listings, sales and rentals of condominiums, townhomes, age-restricted homes and existing houses.

Scott Van Cleef serves as the NJ broker of record, and Amy Wood, the company's vice president of operations, has been with the team since 2004. Michelle Kolbe oversees the rental communities at Fairway 28 in Bridgewater, 745 Hamilton in Somerset, Harrison Square in Frenchtown and The Somerset at Montgomery in Montgomery Township. The New Jersey office is in Hillsborough, and the team draws referrals from both inside and outside the Country Classics communities.
