Big Bang Music Center

Big Bang Music Center is a music school and local music store offering private lessons for guitar, piano, drums, bass, voice and more, for kids, teens and adults. Founded by professional drummer Craig Buchman, it opened to students in 2007 and also sells instruments and accessories, rents band and orchestra instruments, and handles repairs from guitar setups to band instrument work and electronic amp repair.

Lessons are tailored to each student's needs and interests rather than a fixed program, and some students have stayed for years, from age 4 through high school and beyond. New families are matched with a teacher after a conversation with the booking staff, and a free trial lesson can be booked online. The showroom is at 422 US Route 206 in Hillsborough, where customers can try instruments before buying.
