Music Land

Music Land is a full-line musical instrument store in Bel Air, selling instruments and accessories from major manufacturers, with a large selection of sheet music and teaching books. Its in-house repair shop, which the site describes as nationally accredited, works on everything from piccolos and tubas to violins and guitars. The store also offers private lessons on most instruments, a group classroom, and instrument rentals, including a school band and orchestra rental program for local students.

The store has a humidity-controlled acoustic room featuring Martin guitars and a 100-seat performance space called Music Land Live, which hosts concerts, master classes and open mic nights on Wednesdays. It is still family owned and run by Larry Noto, son of founder Joe Noto. The store sits behind Best Buy and next to the Bel Air Post Office on Gateway Drive, and it is closed Sundays.
