Hutchins Property Management

Hutchins Property Management manages single family residential rental properties, handling leasing, tenant services and rent collection for the owners it represents. The company has been in business since August 2000 and is run by owner and president Rick Hutchins, with Debbie Sullivan serving as property manager and leasing consultant.

Tenants can pay rent online and log in to a tenant portal, while owners have their own portal and receive owner statements. Viewing a property or scheduling maintenance goes through Debbie by email, and questions about management services go to Rick. The office is at 215 Fulford Ave in Bel Air, and the company notes that its clients are not required to use its maintenance staff or its preferred vendors.
