Greenbrook TMS offers the Bel Air location's two depression treatments: NeuroStar transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy, a non-invasive, non-drug option that uses focused magnetic pulses, and SPRAVATO esketamine nasal spray, an FDA-approved medication. The center is aimed at people still struggling with depression after trying antidepressants and talk therapy.

A free consultation with a Care Team member comes first, followed by an evaluation with a licensed mental health provider affiliated with Greenbrook. NeuroStar treatment plans typically run 30 to 36 sessions over six to nine weeks, with sessions as short as 19 minutes. SPRAVATO is given under medical supervision for at least two hours, and patients must avoid driving for the rest of the day. The office is at 2012 S Tollgate Road in Bel Air, with open parking out front, and most major insurance plans cover treatment.
