Advanced Allergy & Asthma Centers is an allergy and asthma practice led by Matthew Mardiney, MD, treating children and adults for allergies, asthma, eczema, hives, hay fever and food allergies. Allergy skin testing and immunotherapy, including allergy drops and allergy shots, are among its core treatments, and the practice also cares for patients with anaphylaxis, sinusitis and chronic cough.

The practice has offices in Bel Air and Lutherville, the Lutherville office on York Road. New patients are being accepted, and appointments can be requested online or by phone. Patients can also use an online portal to request prescription refills and send questions to their provider. The Bel Air office stays open later on Wednesdays.
