The company was founded in 1999 by brothers David and Jeffrey Sajovie, starting with residential mowing from a garage in Cleveland, and it now employs a team of more than 50 from a shop in Maple Heights.

Maintenance comes in Basic, Standard and Premium plans, with add-on services available for any plan. Design-build projects begin with a consultation, and straightforward estimates are free, while complex or multi-phase work may carry a design fee that is discussed upfront. In-house financing is offered for large jobs, with payments typically starting once the work is finished. The crews serve homeowners and businesses across the greater Cleveland area and are licensed and insured.
