Tektronix

Tektronix designs and manufactures test and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, probes, digital multimeters, power supplies, electronic loads, spectrum analyzers and source measure units. Its Keithley and EA Elektro-Automatik product lines are sold under the same umbrella, and the company also offers calibration, repair and factory service plans for electronic test gear, including equipment from other manufacturers.

Business customers, engineers and university labs are the main audience, and the company sells through its website as well as through a partner network. Calibration and repair requests are handled through service quotes, and technical support is available by phone during weekday business hours on the Pacific time zone.
