Leak Locaters

Leak Locaters finds hidden water leaks in homes, apartment communities and commercial buildings without tearing up the property. The company offers non-invasive leak detection, water line locating for metallic and plastic lines, and sewer scope video inspections. Its technicians use ultrasonic devices, gas displacement, thermal imaging and closed-system pressure testing to pinpoint leaks, including under slabs, in walls and in swimming pools or spas.

Leak Locaters stands behind its work with a guarantee that the leak will be within 4 feet of the marked location, or it will relocate the leak at no extra charge, provided the excavator digs within the stated limits. Once a leak is found, the team can connect customers with licensed and insured plumbers for the repair. The office is in Beaverton, Oregon, and the company works across the Portland and Vancouver metro area.
