Green by Gilligan

Green by Gilligan is a residential real estate practice led by Jessica Gilligan, a licensed Oregon real estate broker. The practice helps buyers and sellers with home transactions, with a focus on first-time homebuyers and people moving out of their longtime homes. Sustainability and energy-efficient choices are part of the work, backed by the GREEN designation from the National Association of Realtors.

Service reaches across the Portland metro area, including Hillsboro, the Willamette Valley down to McMinnville, and the Mt. Hood area, with roots on the North Oregon Coast. The office is at 1800 NW 167th Place in Beaverton. Jessica is a 2023 Realtor Member of the Year from the Women's Council of Realtors Greater Portland Area, and she volunteers with local organizations, including efforts to start a food co-op in Hillsboro.
