Smart Roof Contracting

Smart Roof Contracting replaces and repairs asphalt shingle, metal, and flat roofs, and also installs siding, seamless gutters, and replacement windows. The company offers free roof inspections with photos of any damage, and it documents hail and wind damage for insurance claims. Storm and leak work is a specialty, with a written workmanship warranty on installations.

The company is locally owned and based in Plattsmouth, serving the Omaha metro, Cass County, and Council Bluffs on both sides of the Missouri River. Free written estimates are itemized and good for 30 days. Active leaks and storm calls are answered day or night, and emergency work is tarped first with the permanent repair scheduled in daylight.
