Organic lavender farm with seasonal night festivalsBeaumont, CA

Highland Springs Ranch and Inn is a 2,400-acre historical landmark in California's San Gorgonio Pass, first a stagecoach stop and later a health resort from 1927. Today its best-known part is 123 Farm, a certified organic farm that grows more than 100 varieties of lavender along with certified organic livestock, vegetables and herbs. The ranch is also known for its evening festivals, including Lavender Nights, which lights the lavender fields and farm with more than 500,000 lights.
Festivals run through the year, with the Lavender Festival in late spring and summer, Lavender Nights from August through October, and Christmas Nights in November and December. Admission and parking are charged separately, and visitors are welcome only during festival hours. Food is served by the Grand Oak Farm to Table team at the festival food court. The gift shop is open during festivals or by appointment, and online orders can be picked up in person. The ranch no longer hosts weddings or events and is not renting hotel rooms.
