North Coast Cryo

North Coast Cryo is a cryotherapy and wellness studio offering whole body cryotherapy sessions, infrared sauna, compression therapy, and facials and esthetic treatments. The studio groups its offerings under pain relief, athletic performance, and wellness and beauty.

Sessions are booked online or by phone, and new clients can look for introductory specials on the website. The studio is in Beachwood at 3355 Richmond Road, near I-271 and Chagrin Boulevard, in the same building as Blu. Consent forms are required before a first session, and clients ages 14 to 17 need a parent or guardian signature. Whole body cryotherapy is not a medical procedure, so clients are advised to check with their doctor first.
