Okie's Butchershop

Okie's Butcher Shop is a full-service butcher shop, deli and caterer that has served the community since 1980. Its thick hand-cut steaks and fresh-ground Okie Burger are the main draws, and the shop also sells its own trademarked spices and sauces, developed and taste-tested in the butcher shop and matched to specific meats. Pig roasts and catering for parties of any size round out the offerings.

The shop is closed for the season and plans to reopen in March 2027 for its 47th season. Orders are placed by phone, and the staff can suggest which sauce or spice suits a particular cut. It is located in Surf City on Long Beach Island.
