Oceanside Realty

Oceanside Realty is a real estate brokerage on Long Beach Island, serving summer vacationers, second home buyers and sellers, year-round residents and property investors. Founded in 1987 by John Franzoni, a longtime figure in the island's real estate industry, the agency handles sales and also manages vacation rentals for homeowners.

The office is on North Long Beach Boulevard in Surf City, and visitors can search rentals on the website or submit a rental request to have an agent find a particular home. Homeowners with rental properties can use the site to return their rental authorization forms by email, mail or fax.
