The Grant

The Grant is a mixed-use historic redevelopment of the former W.T. Grant Department Store on Centre Street in downtown Bath. The building sat vacant for almost a decade before its renovation, and it is being restored with both commercial and residential space. Its traditional department store design gives it a classic presence at the gateway to the historic downtown.

Commercial and residential space is available to lease, and apartment availability is posted online. Prospective tenants can schedule a tour of the building. A short film and a photography project follow the renovation and the people doing the work.
