Everything is booked by appointment only. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice to keep a deposit refundable or transferable, and there is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Companions generally aren't allowed unless they are also being serviced, and children under 12 aren't permitted. Cash and card are accepted.
