Wayne Homes Akron / Medina Model Home Center

Wayne Homes is a custom home builder in Northeast Ohio, and its Akron/Medina Model Home Center lets visitors walk through model homes before settling on a design. Featured plans include the McAllister II Legacy ranch, the Richmond II Craftsman and the Columbia Farmhouse, a two-story, four-bedroom layout with a main-floor owner suite. The company offers more than 50 customizable floor plans in ranch, two-story and split-level styles.

Visits can be booked by appointment or made as drop-ins during posted hours, and New Home Consultants give tours and answer questions about pricing, financing and each step of the build. Homes are built on the buyer's own lot. The center sits south of I-76 at Route 21 and Eastern Road in Norton. Route 21 in front of the center is under construction and the Eastern Road exit is closed, so plan an alternate route.
