CMD Powersystems

CMD Powersystems is a Maine generator company that sells, installs, services and rents generators for homes, businesses, RVs and portable needs. It also works on heavy-duty units from 20 kW to 450 kW and is an authorized industrial OEM engine repair facility for Perkins, John Deere and Isuzu diesel engines.

Homeowners can ask about home standby systems, and the company also handles preventative maintenance inspections, turnkey installations, load banking up to 400 kW and 24-hour emergency service for customers with an active service contract. Its parts and service departments are based at a 7,000 square foot facility in the Cold Brook Industrial Park in Hermon, and military personnel receive a 5% discount on new installations. Financing through a consumer credit program is also offered.
