The Law Offices of Cardaro & Peek, LLC represents people and families injured by medical negligence. Partners Thomas C. Cardaro and Jeffrey L. Peek previously defended doctors and hospitals before switching sides to represent injured clients. Consultations are free, and the firm works on a contingency fee basis, so clients pay no fee or expense unless there is a recovery. Appointments are required, with office hours on weekdays. The firm has offices in Baltimore and Washington, D.C., and accepts cases throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware. A member of the firm will come to clients who cannot travel to an office.
