Paris West Optical

Paris West Optical is a full-service optical boutique in Baltimore's Mt. Vernon neighborhood, with eye exams, contact lenses, and a large selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses. The shop is known for its stock from independent eyewear designers, including hand-made frames from Austria and limited collections that sell out. It has served Baltimore for almost 25 years.

Eye exams are booked by appointment, usually on the half hour, and the shop sells gift certificates for eyewear and services. Regular hours have been Tuesday through Friday from 10 to 6 and Saturday from 10 to 5. The shop is on North Charles Street, so street parking and transit are the easiest ways to reach it.
