Insight Climbing & Movement runs indoor climbing gyms with top-rope, bouldering and lead climbing areas. Auto-belays are available, so newcomers can climb without prior experience. The Bainbridge Island gym also has cardio equipment, weights and extra climbing training gear. Classes for adults and youth, after-school programs, camps and birthday parties fill out the schedule.
No experience is needed to drop in during open hours, and staff help new climbers get started. Visitors pay for a day pass or punch card at the front desk, and rental gear is available at both locations. Everyone entering must have a waiver on file, including spectators, and climbers under 14 need an adult present, with no more than three kids per adult. Monthly memberships give access to both gyms. The Bremerton location is a bouldering facility with a dedicated kids climbing room.
