Heal in Motion PT

Heal in Motion PT is a physical therapy practice on Bainbridge Island that offers one-on-one physical therapy, aquatic physical therapy and Pilates-based movement work. Its therapists use manual therapy, joint mobilization, craniosacral work and low level laser therapy to support injury recovery, balance and strength. Owner Deanna Dewell has been a licensed physical therapist since 2010 and is a certified BASI Pilates instructor, while Bill Ross works only in the water.

Sessions are paid directly at the time of treatment, since the practice does not bill insurance companies. No referral is needed to start, though the team is glad to talk with your other medical providers. Care happens in the clinic, in your home, or through select virtual Pilates and strength sessions. Pilates classes are also offered through a partner studio, Proactive Pilates.
