Body in Motion PT

Body in Motion PT is a cash-based physical therapy practice offering one-on-one treatment for injuries, chronic pain and athletic performance. Services include dry needling, cupping, sports massage, joint mobilization, blood flow restriction therapy, gait analysis and custom exercise programming, with Pilates reformer training also listed. Founder and owner Nicole Turnbow leads a team of licensed physical therapists.

Visits are in person at the Farmington Valley clinic in Avon, with a second location in Bloomfield, or remote through the practice's app. A free consultation is offered to start, and the first visit includes at least 30 minutes of hands-on treatment. No physician referral is required.
