The story

Breezin' Up designs relaxed, beach-inspired clothing with soft-washed, slightly faded finishes, along with original prints and embroidery meant to recall a favorite resort town. The company started in 1984 in a small shop in Beach Haven and has the clothing made in small American factories. Its warehouse and printing facilities are in Pennsylvania.

The Avalon shop is one of several Breezin' Up stores along the Jersey Shore, with others in Stone Harbor, Sea Isle City, Ocean City and Beach Haven, plus locations in Massachusetts and Florida. The stores are decorated with weathered beach-style decor and handmade touches, and they are set up as a fun outing for the whole family. The company is hiring seasonal, year-round and assistant manager positions.
