Zilker Brewing Co.

Zilker Brewing Co. is a craft brewery in East Austin that brews a range of beers, from its core lineup to rotating seasonals. Its beers include Wunderbier, a lighter Festbier lager, Primos, a Mexican lager with a touch of corn sweetness, and several hazy and West Coast IPAs such as Heavenly Daze and No Chill. The brewery also self-distributes, so its beer reaches local stores, bars and restaurants directly.

The taproom at 1701 E. 6th Street has family-style seating and an open view of the brewing process. Hours are posted daily, with happy hour on weekday afternoons. Some of the beer is also sold in stores around town, so you can find it there if you'd rather not visit.
