Saltgrass Steak House serves Angus beef steaks, chicken and seafood, all chargrilled to order in a Texas steakhouse style. Ranch Hand favorites such as chicken fried steak and baby back ribs sit alongside the menu, and the Range Rattlers, jumbo jalapeños stuffed with shrimp and Jack cheese, are a signature starter. Breads, soups, dressings and desserts are made from scratch daily, including the beer bread and two-fork cheesecake.

Reservations can be made online, and the restaurant takes online orders for pickup and meals at home. It also hosts private events and offers catering, and gift cards are sold. The chain has locations across Texas and several other states, and this one is on Research Boulevard in Austin.
