Lyons Gardens Apartments

Lyons Gardens Apartments is a residential community of spacious one-bedroom homes, each about 540 square feet, with a full appliance package, ceiling fans, mini-blinds and central air. Residents can use a community game room, a playground and outdoor green areas, and a meal program is available through an affiliate.

The property is in East Austin, a few minutes from Zilker Park and downtown, with shopping and dining nearby and a bus line serving the community. Professional management is on site, maintenance requests can be submitted online, and emergency maintenance is available around the clock. Pets are welcome with some restrictions, and the office keeps weekday hours.
