Hive Cocktails & Coffee

Hive Cocktails & Coffee is a coffee bar by day and cocktail bar by night, with a kitchen serving sandwiches, burgers and rotating specials with a Cajun-inspired twist, such as red beans and rice when available. The cocktail menu leans on seasonal drinks, classics and a full bar in an easygoing setting.

The patio is a big part of the place and is open for sunny coffees and evening hangs. Dogs are not allowed inside because of health code but are welcome on the patio. Kids are welcome during the day, and anyone under 21 is asked to head home by 9 PM. The team also hosts private events and catering for holiday parties, meetings and gatherings, and asks that groups reach out early with their date and headcount. The shop is on Menchaca Drive in South Austin.
