Ddollaw

Ddollaw is a labor and employment law firm in Austin, formed in 2005 from the merger of two long-established labor and employment firms. Its lawyers represent unions and their members, along with individual employees and groups of workers in wrongful termination, discrimination, whistleblower, free speech, and wage and hour cases. The firm also advises employers and executives on employment contracts, severance negotiations, and covenants not to compete.

The practice extends to civil rights and public interest litigation, including cases under the Texas Open Meetings Act and Texas Open Records Act. Ddollaw also does legislative advocacy at the state capitol and in cities, and it handles appellate and civil trial work at every level of the court system.
